| Selection of site for 2010 Convention : Kansas City area. Lance Burton and team to be hosts and will select actual date and location. Hey guys and gals & ladies and gentlemen the dates for the National Convention are June 4th, 5th & 6th with Thursday the 3rd as the early bird day. If anyone is interested in arriving any earlier we will have information on the local attractions and routes for self guided tours.Keep an eye on our website www.kcshays.com for information on the hotel and details on the convention. | The 2010 CSSC Meeting will be September 23-26th in Rockford, Illinois hosted by Rob and Sue Arntzen. You may arrive Thursday afternoon or evening, touring and events are Friday and Saturday, and farewell Sunday morning. Events being considered are Midway Village Museum World War II Reenactment, Edward's Apple Orchard, Union Railroad Museum, Tour Rock Cut State Park, Cook out at the Arntzen Ranch, Historic Auto Attractions Museum and others. | Every year in Pennsylvania in May |
| Theresa and I have arrived and established a beachhead at New Smyrna Beach, Florida. I have talked to local Shay owner Jim Bannerman and he can secure the Daytona Beach Marina Club for our Second Annual Central Florida Shay Day. We are making tentative plans to have it the same weekend as the Daytona Beach Car Show & Swap Meet which would be Saturday March 27, 2010.
